During the 2007 trip, the Friends of the Pipers presented our bus driver, Colin Sansom, with an award for his years of dedication and excellence. Colin not only drove us from Edmonton to Butte and back but spent many long days patiently driving us to the many events during our trip. He was a true friend and gentleman and sadly left us on April 13, 2009 at the age of 77 years after a courageous battle with cancer.
