Recruit Training Class Graduations are highlights of our annual performance calendar. These highly anticipated and prestigious events are one of the few occasions where the Pipes & Drums proudly perform in full dress. Joined by the Honour Guard and Chorus, two other esteemed sections of the Chief's Ceremonial Unit, we come together with civic leaders, family, and friends to celebrate the accomplishments of our newest police members. ​

For many new police officers, their Recruit Graduation is their first exposure to the Edmonton Police Service's Pipes & Drums Band. The graduates have a unique opportunity during graduation rehearsals to meet the band and learn about the opportunities available to join as a sworn member.
